Professor Zsolt Enyedi from the CEU Department for Political Science and Exectutive Committee member at the Center for Religious Studies was recently interviewed by Michal Matlak, Managing Editor of the Review of Democracy and policy advisor for the European Parliament about the development of Church-State relations in Hungary, Viktor Orbán’s vision of Christian Democracy, why the Democracy Institute plays an important symbolic role in Budapest, and his recently published book, “Party System Closure: Party Alliances, Government Alternatives, and Democracy in Europe”
