Each year, the Center for Religious Studies honors students and junior members who have demonstrated exceptional dedication and excellence in their academic pursuits in the field of Religious Studies.
We are delighted to announce that the Executive Committee of the Center for Religious Studies at Central European University has granted the:
Best Master’s Thesis Award for the Advanced Certificate in Religious Studies to Bálint Békefi (CEU Department of Philosophy), for the thesis titled "Engaging Oppy's Metaphilosophy of Religion: Arugments, Worldwies, and Disagreement"
and the Annual Religious Studies Doctoral Student Award to Vilius Kubekas (CEU Department of History), for his impressive academic standing as a student in the program, his significant impact to Religious Studies at CEU through his dedication to the events and activities of the CRS and support to his peers.
